These Terms of Service govern the use of the website www.justpcbit.com and the engineering services provided by JustPCBIt. By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

JustPCBIt provides professional PCB engineering services, including schematic capture, PCB layout and routing, library and footprint creation, Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Test (DFT), and the preparation of manufacturing-ready deliverables such as Gerbers, ODB++, Pick & Place files, and related documentation. All services are provided strictly in accordance with a mutually agreed quotation and/or Statement of Work (SoW), which defines the scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing of each project.

Any work requested outside the agreed scope shall be treated as a change request and may require a revised quotation, timeline adjustment, and written approval prior to execution. Services are delivered on a milestone basis unless otherwise agreed. Work will commence only after receipt of the agreed upfront payment, and final deliverables will be released only after full payment has been received. All fees are exclusive of VAT unless explicitly stated. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

Upon full payment, ownership of the final project deliverables is transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing. JustPCBIt retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, libraries, templates, methodologies, and non-confidential know-how developed independently of the client’s project. JustPCBIt also retains the right to reuse general knowledge, experience, and techniques gained during the course of providing services, provided no confidential information is disclosed.

Both parties agree to treat all non-public technical, commercial, and project-related information exchanged during the engagement as confidential. Such information shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, except where disclosure is required by law.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete project information, reviewing deliverables in a timely manner, and communicating feedback or changes promptly. Delays caused by missing information or late feedback may affect project timelines and delivery dates.

JustPCBIt provides engineering services based on industry best practices; however, no guarantee is made regarding regulatory approval, certification, commercial success, or fitness for a particular purpose beyond the agreed scope. JustPCBIt shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Any liability arising from the provision of services shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Services performed up to the termination date shall be paid in accordance with the agreed terms.
